Kare-Kare Recipe Ingredients: 1 kl ox tail 2 c string beans cut by 2 inch 2 c eggplant cut by 2 inch 1 pcs banana heart cut vertically into 4 1 head onion chopped finely 1 head garlic chopped finely 1 pc beef broth cube 1 c peanut butter 1/4 t butter/margarine salt and vetsin to taste 1 c asuete seeds soaked in 2 c hot water 2 c water bagoong Cooking Instructions: boil oxtail until tender,drain. set aside including broth heat pan and start saute garlic, onion and beef cube add oxtail, and add broth. add 2 c water, bring to a boil add vegies, cover. season with salt and MSG, add colored asuete jiuce excluding asuete seeds. add peanut butter to thicken. check if vegies are already cook. serve with bagoong.
