Spicy Beef Tripes Recipe Ingredients: 4 lbs. beef trife (tuwalya) 1/2 tsp peppercorn 1 pc onion(sliced) 1 pc red bell pepper(strips) 2 pcs sili labuyo (chopped) 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds 1 tsp sesame oil 2 pcs century eggs (sliced) 1 tbsp fish sauce(patis) Cooking Instructions: Boil trifes for 1 hour or until tender. Don't make it too soft. Let cool. Then slice into strips. Sautee. Put all other ingredients except century eggs. Stir for 2 minutes. Serving Suggestions: Garnish with the sliced century eggs on top. Serve hot. You can also garnish with roasted garlic.
