Cheezy Chicken mushroom Recipe Ingredients:
1 kg chicken (bone/skinless)
1 box cheese cubed
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can button mushroom(flaked) garlic minced onion minced
3 tablespoon of corn oil
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
3 cups water
pepper & salt Cooking Instructions:
sautee garlic & onion, add chicken meat... cover for 10 mins, add water, pepper, salt & oyster sauce, & flaked button mushroom cover for 20 mins, add on cheese,and cream of mushroom, simmer for 5 mins... Serving Suggestions:
in a serving plate, garnish it w/ browned fried garlic
