Chicken Pesa Recipe Ingredients: 1 tbsp oil 1 onion,chopped 1 thumbed-size ginger,sliced 1/2 kilo chicken,cut into serving pieces 3 cups water 2 potatoes,peeled and quartered 1 small cabbage,quartered or 1 bunch pechay,sliced peppercorns salt to taste Cooking Instructions: In a saucepan,heat oil then saute onion and ginger. Add chicken pieces and stir-fry until it changes color. Add water and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer until chicken is tender. Season to taste. Add potatoes, when tender, add the cabbage or pechay. Serve hot.
