Tinolang Manok Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 kilo of chicken cut into serving pieces 2 cups quartered papaya or sayote pinch of salt 1 chicken cube 4 cups of rice water(hugas -bigas) sili leaves ginger strips Cooking Instructions: Boil the rice water with the chicken. Then add the ginger and salt. When half done add the papaya and then the chicken cube.Cover and let it simmer entil tender. Lastly add the sili leaves.
