Recipe Ingredients: 3 tbsp oil 2 tbsp minced garlic 1/2 c sliced onions 3 to 4 pcs green long chili (sliced) 2 to 3 tbsp vinegar pepper powder, salt to taste 1/2 kilo pork pigue (sliced pahaba) 2 pcs pork kidney(sliced pahaba & cleaned with salt, then water) 1/4 kilo pork liver (sliced pahaba) Cooking Instructions: Put oil and saute garlic and onion Add pork pigue, kidney & liver and stir fry until brown Add pepper, laurel and salt Simmer for 5 mins then taste with vinegar (this should not taste too sour) Add the chili and labanos Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until cooked. Serve hot Serving Suggestions: 4 to 6 persons Additional Comments: Ideal as "pulutan" also and best as spicy.
