NIlasing na baboy

Recipe Ingredients:
1 pamintang buo
1 kutsarang puting alak
1/2 tasang dinikdik na man
1/2 kilong baboy o pata ng baboy
1/2 tasang suka
1/4 na tasang toyo
5 butil na bawang, pinitpit tuyong bulaklak ng saging
mani
asin
 
Cooking Instructions:
Pakuluin angt baboy o pata sa magkakahalong suka, paminta , toyo , bawang at bulaklak ng saging. Kung malambot na , isama ang puting alak at dinikdik na mani. Lagyan ang asin, pabayaang kumulo hanggang sa lumamnbot ang sarsa. Pagkaluto o pagkalambot ng baboy o pata, maari na itong hanguin. Ilagay sa isang malaking mangkok.
