Pork Inihaw Sisig Recipe Ingredients: 1 kilo pork chop or liempo,grilled 1 large white onion,chopped 1/4 cup ginger,finely chopped 1-2 pcs chili pepper,chopped 4-5 pcs calamansi 3/4 cup white vinegar 1 tablespoon white sugar salt & pepper to taste Cooking Instructions: grill pork chop or liempo.after grilling,chop meat finely.set aside.in a bowl,mix vinegar,salt,pepper and sugar.pour unto finely chopped grilled meat.add calamansi,ginger and onion.add chopped pepper to make it spicy.serve on sizzling plate.
