Pork Leg and Red Beans Recipe Ingredients: Pork leg cut in serving 4 or 5 pieces 1 cup red beans, soaked about 2 hours 3 cloves garlic 1 large white onion 1/2 cup cabbage chopped 1 to 2 medium sized carrots cut into 1 inch cubes 2 stalk celery cut into an inch wedges salt to taste Cooking Instructions: Soak beans for about 2 hours. Boil water just enough to soak in the pork leg and beans. Cook till tender. Add vegetables, oions, and garlic. Cabbage to be added last. Simmer till vegetables are soft.
