Sinigang na Lechon Recipe Ingredients: 1kl pork lechon 1/4kl gabi cubed 1/8kl kangkong leaf 25gm sinigang mix 1pc onion chopped salt, pepper to taste Cooking Instructions: Boil 1 liter of water with pork lechon and gabi for 20 minutes or until gabi become tender. Put on onion, sinigang mix, salt and pepper to taste. Add kangkong leaf, cover it and cook it for another 5 minutes. Serve it while still hot.
