Sizzling Porkloin Recipe Ingredients: Marinade: 1 kg porkloin 1 cup oister sauce minced garlic salt & pepper Gravy: 1 whole butter 2 cups evap milk 1 cup all purpose cream 1 cup cornstarch sugar, salt & pepper Cooking Instructions: Put in all ingridients in the marinade, refrigerate atleast for 4 hours before frying in a small amount of butter(since were using porkloin, 45 secs / side is enough; can directly be fried on a sizzling plate)
Gravy: melt butter in a sauce pan, remove from fire, add in cornstarch mix well, pour in milk & cream, put on low fire, gradually add water until desired consistency is achieved, put some sugar, salt and pepper according to taste. Option: sautee minced garlic, onion &/or flaked button mushroom before adding in cornstarch Serving Suggestions: buttered carrots, whole kernel corn & mushroom are ideal sidedish for this recipe
