Tocino 
Recipe Ingredients: 3 cups kasim ( Pork shoulder) cut into 1/4" thick slices 1 pouch Tocino (Marinating) Mix Cooking Instructions: Sprinkle Tocino ( Marinating) Mix evenlyover the pork. kneed the meat until its juice comes out. When ready to cook, pre-heat a charcoal or gars-fired grill. Boil meat one side at a time or cook with 1/2-3/4 cup water in wok. Simmer until the water dries up and fry pork in its own fat.
