Fish Cardillo Recipe Ingredients: 1 kg. fish (alumahan or maya-maya) cooking oil for frying 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 medium onion, sliced 2 medium tomatoes, sliced 3 MAGGI Chicken Broth Cube, dissolved in 1 cup water 2 eggs, slightly beaten salt Instructions: 1. Rub fish with salt and set aside for a few min. 2. Fry in hot oil until golden; drain in paper towels and arrange in a serving platter. Remove excess oil from pan and saute garlic, onions and tomatoes. 3. Pour in broth and simmer for about 5 min.Turn off fire and stir in beaten eggs. 4. Pour mixture over fried fish or let fried fish stew in the mixture for a minute or two.
