Shrimp Oriental Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 k. shrimps, shelled 1 tbsp. MAGGI OYSTER SAUCE 1 tbsp. rice wine (optional) SAUCE: 1/4 cup MAGGI OYSTER SAUCE 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tbsps. rice wine 2 MAGGI CHICKEN CUBES, dissolved in 2 cups water salt and sugar to taste 4 tbsps. cornstarch, dispersed in 2 tbsps. water 1 tsp. sesame oil 1/4 cup cooking oil 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 tbsp. minced ginger 1 cup diced carrots, blanched 1 can young corn, drained and diced 1/2 cup button mushrooms (optional)
Instructions: Marinate shrimps in the next two ingredients. Set aside. Combine all ingredients for sauce. Set aside. Heat sesame oil and cooking oil, saute garlic, ginger and shrimps. Pour in sauce mixture and vegetables. Cook stirring until thick. Pour over noodles and serve hot. Serve with cooked rice or blanched bihon or sotanghon noodles.
