Ingredients: 1/2 c margarine
1 c refined sugar
2 whole eggs, large
3 pcs ripe mashed bananas, med size,bulungan variety 2 cups cake flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp vanilla
Cooking Instructions:
Soften the margarine and add the white sugar until well blended. Add the eggs and the mashed bananas. Mix thoroughly.Add the dry ingredients until well blended. Flavor with the vanilla. Pour into a well greased baking pand.Bake for 20 minutes at medium heat.
Serving Suggestions:
Slice and serve with cold lemonade, or hot black coffee.
