Ingredients: 4cups flour 3 tbsp.baking powder 2cups sugar 1 tsp.vanilla 2cans evap.milk-big 1/2cup butter 1/2-1cup water(optional) Cooking Instructions:
Melt butter, let cool then add milk & water in a separate bowl mix flour. Blend powder, sugar, vanilla, then add the liquid mixture, beat until well blended. Pour in a mold 3/4 high and put cheese on top. Steam for 20-25 minutes. Serving Suggestions: Serve with dinuguan
